Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to work with the Engagement team to develop communications to the field. This role will also be responsible for communication needs associated with Sales & Services Enablement’s sustaining programs as well as new initiatives that need to be communicated to the field organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy high impact communications to the Sales & Services organizations i.e., WYN Weekly, Personalized Learning Curriculum announcements, VILT information/follow-up, etc.
• Develop and deploy communications including critical information needed by select audiences as well as large scale broadcast messaging from senior leaders.
• Maintains templates for various communication channels, accuracy of distribution lists, etc.
• Monitors and responds to questions received in Sales & Services Enablement mailbox and generic mailboxes for senior leaders.
• Partners with Sales Hub team to post relevant content to support our audience.
• Coordinates meetings with internal stakeholders regarding communication needs and works to meet agreed upon timelines.
• Supports Enablement team as necessary with internal facing content and various communications channels.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a communications role with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
• Proven track record in developing written communications.
• Innovative approach and able to apply the newest communication strategies to the role.
