Design, develop and implement engaging content across various communications channels and learning mediums in support of strategic organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role uses design methodology and design thinking to advance enterprise-wide strategic programs.
• Research, analyze and design formal and informal program components that support change management, associate communications, and training programs
• Consult with key stakeholders and create compelling information design solutions for the organization, leaders, and associates as necessary; Develop design rationale and explain visual choices to stakeholders
• Provide graphic expertise, brand and project management for planning, design, development, implementation and alignment of OD&E program initiatives
• Create best-fit digital experiences and visuals considering current and future usability
• Provide strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Manage and maintain existing visual design implementations, collaborating with internal and external sources; Maintain program brand continuity across all projects and platforms
• Demonstrate strong planning, analytical, and decision making skills
• Ability to handle projects from initiation to completion, error-free, within time constraints and within budget
• Identify and assess opportunities to improve the integration of existing business processes
• Demonstrate strong customer/client empathy and advocacy
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic/multimedia design or fine arts is required
• 3-5 years digital and/or multimedia experience; Experience working in a corporate setting is preferred
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects)
• Fluency with web standards and technologies, including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and have the ability to build working prototypes using these skills
• Responsive web and email design and familiarity with motion/interactive design and video editing platforms
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Solution-focused with ability to envision strategy and implement into behavior-based practice
• Self-motivated with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to handle multiple projects, accountabilities, and client requirements effectively with general supervision
• Some experience using a content management system such as SharePoint and/or Oracle
• Highly adaptable, flexible and resilient to manage sensitive situations across and within organizational boundaries
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
• Strong visual sensibilities and process skills; ability to use creative briefs, storyboards, journey maps, sketches, style guides, etc. to create breakthrough designs
