10^3 is creative content marketing lab whose goal is to ideate, create and execute content and experiential marketing concepts for the betterment of artists and labels within Capitol Music Group.
This artist agnostic team, which sits outside all other departments, will be a think tank of creative innovation with the ultimate goal of getting our artists and their music as much visibility as possible.
From snackable content, short form and long form content, this team will be responsible for innovative marketing opportunities in the visual content space. Outside of the content space, 10^3 will be tasked with coming up with experiential marketing ideas that are artist agnostic. These ideas will be presented to the Capitol Music Group global marketing teams to see which artists make the most sense.

Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Time management/Organizational skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to perform research, summarize info and report back findings
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and safeguard confidential information
• Strong skills in MS Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Flexible – able to adjust to changing priorities, and able to multi-task
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Willingness to go above and beyond and take on additional duties as need be
• Ability to work overtime as required
Experience:
• 1-2 years of marketing and/or administrative experience.
Education:
• Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
