KEY OUTCOMES
As Director, Consumer Knowledge Center, your responsibilities will include:
• Consult with clients, design projects, write proposals, execute research, and report on results that turn strategic recommendations into growth. Deliver compelling, actionable, client focused insights for regular reporting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Effectively support and adapt rapidly to client goals through the execution of full-scale consumer research studies. Provide the oversight necessary to ensure efficient management of continuous studies with ability to pivot to new strategies quickly.
• Be accountable for revenue and profit targets, with support of the VP and business development team.
• Lead an intermediate team of ambitious researchers and client facing team members. Support a positive team culture that leads by example, focuses on strong mentorship support, and is highly involved on a day-to-day basis with every team member and every project
CAPABILITIES
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• Expertise in preparing quantitative research reporting across disparate data sources (digital, point-of-sale (POS), brand, syndicated) directly to executive level audiences.
• Proven ability to manage $2MM+ in continuous research studies and positively impact commercial development.
• Deep experience in quantitative research with a focus on human and cultural insights. Desire and interest to work with auto industry data is a must.
• Elevated analytical storytelling experience – must be able to turn data into an insightful story evidenced by experience pitching/presenting in front of executive level audiences.
• A flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders evidenced by high customer satisfaction.
