Position Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for ensuring exceptional visitor experiences at the Autodesk Technology Centers. Our network of global technology centers brings us together with our customers and partners to reimagine the relationships between software and hardware, machines and materials.
This position offers the unique opportunity to create inspiring event and tour experiences that showcase the shared visions and new ideas emerging from the technology centers. Located at the technology center in Boston, this role reports to the Senior Manager of Experiential Marketing within the Brand Marketing organization.
Responsibilities
• Manage the visitor experience program for the global technology centers, designing and implementing experiential and operational cohesion across centers
• Ensure exceptional tour and event experiences for visitors to the Boston technology center
• Support marketing content capture and creation featuring Boston technology center stories
• Periodically produce high-profile events at the Toronto technology center
• Take a data-driven approach to all marketing activities, establishing a practice of measuring and reporting out on key performance metrics
Minimum Qualifications
• BA or BS undergraduate degree
• 5+ years of event experience, preferably within the technology industry
• Proven track record of designing and producing exceptional event experiences
• Excellent hospitality skills with a keen focus on the customer
• Highly collaborative and thrives on leading a cross-functional team to deliver outstanding brand experiences
• Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with integrated marketing, digital marketing, and/or content marketing
