Job Description

You'll be:
• Supporting the Six Flags Mantra -- Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
• Actively leading team responsible for overall park cleanliness, trash removal, recycling, and water hose down of park patios and back areas
• Identifying and reacting to detailed areas both behind the scenes and in Guest view, in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Actively ensuring all Team Members are being efficient through continual supervision, follow-up, counseling, and motivation
• Overseeing the general maintenance of all equipment
• Administering a break rotation schedule
• Creating a positive work environment through motivation and interaction with all Team Members
• Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
• Assisting in other areas of the Park Services Department
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

• Must possess the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

• Friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to address guest concerns
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language

• Willing to work in a high performance team environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
• 18 years old or older
• Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings
