Position at Artco (US), Inc.
The Occassions Group-Idaho is seeking a Call Center Trainer to assist in the development of our Customer Service employees to directly impact the grade of service to our customers. This individual will be responsible for the training, coaching, and development of our staff to enhance their performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to help contribute to the success of the Call Center.
Shift Available
• Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays 8:30-5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting in developing and creating training materials.
• Organize and oversee all trainings are designed and delivered to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Trains employees in work procedures and techniques
• Ensure all training meets client standards and clients initiatives.
• Work with managers to determine training needs
• Recommend ongoing trainings
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training for all employees.
• Knowledge and experience implementing best practices in instruction.
• Mentors new phone reps on phones and provides immediate feedback.
• Motivates employees to perform at their highest ability to achieve company and department goals.
• Follows company guidelines in respect to attendance
• Consults with managerial or supervisory personnel
• Participates in providing suggestions for company process and procedures related to customer service and sales functions
• Maintain training records & documents.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good listening skills
• Self driven to achieve daily goals
• High attention to detail
• Provides follow through with tasks and issues
• Ability to work well with people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Questions policies and provides solutions
• High level of initiative
• Exhibits desired and appropriate professional behavior
• Contributes to an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation to maintain an effective working environment as well as ensure continuity of service to customers
• Ability to sell ideas and products to promote the company (sales oriented)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 or more years of customer service work preferred
