Position Overview
Autodesk Consulting is seeking a talented Senior Technical Consultant to work with our key customers in order to design and develop customized and configured solutions for their Enterprise Application (EA) integrations with cloud based technologies. This individual will work directly with customers to understand their EA integration needs and develop custom solutions built on Autodesk Cloud and On-Premise Products.

Responsibilities
• Work with customers to determine breadth and depth of EA integration needs
• Analyze Customer requirements and contribute to the configuration of Autodesk products accordingly
• Produce written specifications to capture business requirements for proposed solutions and configuration activities
• Development of system architecture, detailing system design, and documenting implementation plans
• Participate in all phases of software implementation projects
• Deliver customized and configured solutions on top of Autodesk core products in the manufacturing domain
• Build credibility at all levels with clients and establish a problem-solving relationship with clients and colleagues
• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design (workflow mapping) testing and training
• Contribute to Autodesk IP and assets through methods development and sales collateral
• Lead training and adoption efforts for customers
• Up to 75% travel to customer locations as needed but typically is less
Minimum Qualifications
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, computer science, or related degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in the web and cloud technology domain
• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced high-performing consulting environment preferred
• Strong experience in front end JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5/CSS and modern web frameworks such as React and Angular
• Experience with NodeJS, ASP.net, or similar
• Experience with full stack development technologies is desired including: Package management solutions (NPM or Yarn), module building systems (Webpack or Browserify), and testing solutions (Jasmine, Mocha, or similar)
• Practical experience with database technologies
• Good grounding in, or are willing to learn, mobile platform programming technologies
• Experience with web based data visualization and/or Internet of Things (IoT) integrations and/or Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, is preferred
• Experience with version control systems/Git is preferred
• Excellent vision and imagination- ability to assemble multiple products into a coherent solution for the customer
• Proven ability to design, develop and test workflows for and implement practical business solutions
• Adept at understanding and documenting current state processes within the cloud based EA integration area
• Ability to embrace new ideas, methods, learnings and quickly put into practice
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent skills in resolving customer problems with an “out of the box” and a “can do” approach
