Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced and talented Technical Project Manager to join the Contact Center Platform team at Autodesk. This Technical Project Manager position will require you to work cross-functionally with engineering teams, marketing and internal customers to drive progress towards goals.
Responsibilities
• Guide the team to self-organize and become hyper productive in delivering quality software early and often
• Assist with the coordination and facilitation of meetings (e.g., daily stand-up, backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and sprint retrospectives); adapt process as required to maximize each team's success
• Work with Service Planners and other Project Managers on initiatives aimed at improving organization-wide processes, tools and culture.
• Coordinating and scheduling the execution of deliverables across multiple teams
• Participate in pre-planning activities to inform decision making and business goal validation
• Guide the team in refining and managing the product backlog to deliver consistent business value
• Facilitate the removal of tactical and organizational impediments to team progress
• Identify and coordinating dependencies with external teams
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, ensuring continued and improved team operational health
• Provide visibility to team status and issues to senior management
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information of the team status and issues
• Ensure meeting artifacts are generated/distributed, to communicate progress to stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
• Learn about the projects you are helping guide to foster meaningful discussions and question assumptions
• Ability to execute and manage performance and expectations within a cross-functional, matrix management environment
• Project manager who believes in the principles of Agile and knows when to bend them to fit the team
• Preference for collaborative work within an agile practice as a member of a multi-discipline team
• Experience managing large, complex initiatives and projects from initiation to completion
• Experience overcoming the difficulties of managing projects with global team members
• Enjoy coaching teams to help them predictably deliver projects and continuously improve
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• 2+ years of software Project Management or Scrum Master experience, working cross functionally within an engineering organization
• Literacy with Agile tools (such as JIRA, Kanban boards, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience

• Experience with the following technologies is a plus:
