Leadership expertise in benefit plan design and administration as well as strong background in 401(k) plan management.
Oversees and manages the design and administration of all employee benefit programs, strategies, policies and procedures based on organizational needs and regulatory requirements/changes.
Evaluates and implements changes to the employee benefits programs to improve cost, service, value and efficiencies.
Manages and develops relationships with 3rd party plan administrators, brokers, and consultants.
Oversees funding of employee and employer contributions, self-administered claims payments and fund reconciliation.
Supervise and develop benefits team.
Leads and directs the annual enrollment process throughout organization, multiple locations in 9 States.
Stays current with industry trends in plan design and management and makes recommendations to improve cost, quality, and value effectiveness of health and welfare programs.
Requirements:
Requires 5+ years benefits management experience in a mid-large scale company.
