JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring Charter Finance Systems strategies are aligned with the overall Charter business stakeholder strategy. The focus of this position is to support strategic efforts by ensuring common understanding and coordination across the Strategy team, and where necessary, the broader Financial Systems team. Facilitation/support of documentation and collaboration efforts is key. This role is intended to offer growth opportunity within the Financial Systems group and beyond. Responsibilities include deliverables beyond the above stated areas. Coordinate with business case development/ROI tracking, technical product selection, solution design, and implementation program governance and approach.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify needs for process improvement and offer technical/process options for realization of value.
• Understand/research how business/technical processes impact the information/data that support operations and decision support.
• Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and create new opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional deliverables.
• Manage creation and coordination of documentation for the team, including documentation supporting governance, methodology, architecture, OEM solutions, business cases, ROI, etc.
• Team with strategic leadership to facilitate and deliver presentations to users, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Effectively manages, supports and evaluates direct report staff.
• Project involvement is multi-disciplinary and complex in scope. Additional responsibilities involving the delivery and management of strategy, and monitoring of delivery of established strategy, are likely assignments.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Process Management or related field, or equivalent experience
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
ERP, Process management/architecture, back office systems or equivalent technical/functional experience, 5 years
Business analysis and system development experience, 6-7 years
Management experience, 3 plus years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing ERP and professional service vendors
Exposure to full lifecycle of system implementation: definition, design implementation, test, deployment, and transition to support
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience managing in a matrix organization and directing geographically distributed teams
Exposure to HR, Finance and Supply Chain
