We are looking for a Media Billing Manager to join our Boston Mediahub team.

This role will manage staff and serve as the conduit between media and accounting from both an invoice hand-off and EAS input perspective, and oversee and manage our centralized billing contact for all media billing to ensure efficiencies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing current media billing coordinator.
• Creating and updating processes and norms across the US.
• Learning the billing process and using the tools the media team builds to complete the job of reconciling digital media invoices.
• Inputting all approved & final invoices into both our budget trackers and EAS for payment.
• Manage the internal budget trackers and manage EAS.
Requirements
• 2+ years of billing experience required; management experience preferred.
• Four-year degree is required.
• This position requires strong accounting & data entry skills.
• Proficiency in excel is required.
• Must be detail-oriented and comfortable with general accounting & invoice procedures.
