We’re looking for a talented Content Strategist with a passion for Pinterest to develop and manage user support content. You’ll be responsible for creating support and help content for our users globally. You’ll take the insights to drive support content improvements and set the team content strategy.
What you’ll do:
• Write and manage support content
• Make data driven decisions to drive content changes
• Drive internal processes and build an internal knowledge base
• Surface insights to drive improvements to Help Center content
• Create and manage a taxonomy for agent support tickets
• Document workflows to help agents respond to users consistently
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of content strategy or knowledge management experience in support environment
• A simple, direct and authentic way of writing and speaking
• Experience managing and developing a content strategy
• Willingness to learn multiple sets of policies and processes quickly, with curiosity and openness
• Strong leadership skills and ability to quickly build cross-functional relationships
• An authentic, easy communication style with the ability to adapt to our brand’s voice and tone
