Daily Journal is seeking an experienced Digital Media Specialist to join our sales team. This position will oversee the full life cycle of digital campaigns often to tight deadlines. This is an opportunity to work on the cutting edge with multi-media sales and marketing teams; this position works closely with Advertising management and sales staff, developing and tracking online ads and assisting with identifying, planning and implementing online sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as liaison and the main point of contact between internal teams to ensure campaign fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Gathering and researching information to assist with comprehensive proposals for clients.
• Running detailed reports from multiple advertising programs.
• Creating and overseeing all deals and contests on Daily Journal website.
• Scheduling all digital ads in the system.
Job Requirements:
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with daily deadlines are also required.
• Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to fast-changing marketplace/organization.
• Be familiar with digital advertising, marketing, and sales concepts and metrics.
• Excellent computer skills are required.
• Must be self-motivated with limited supervision of day-to-day activities.
