Altice Media & Data Solutions (AMDS) is seeking a dynamic, visionary leader to be our VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, an expert understanding of the sales pipeline, the key drivers, role of marketing at each stage of the funnel and work well cross functionally to build alignment and reach marketing/sales objectives. Seeking a leader that can be strategic but loves to get into the details and work with others to deeply understand what drives great results and get things done.
The VP of Marketing should have an acute eye for budding talent as they will have a unique opportunity to craft a team in a growth oriented culture and organization that is reinventing the way marketers plan and execute multi-channel, audience based media plans. They will directly oversee the go to market approach for both a new brand and new product launches with functions supporting brand strategy, demand gen, creative services, sales support, event marketing and product marketing efforts while partnering with product, sales and operations leaders. This position reports to the SVP, Marketing & Analytics.
Responsibilities:
Work with leadership teams across sales, product, operations and PR to shape the brand, and oversee the execution of it through website, advertising, content, collateral and messaging
Partner with product management to ensure alignment on market opportunity, core value props, positioning, go to market plans and all aspects of product marketing
Partner with both sales and product to create scalable sale training material and refine based on regular feedback and enhancements
Work closely with the sales organization to generate leads by delivering marketing collateral as well as lead an investment mix that generates qualified sales leads
Develop and maintain a regular communication cadence with all levels of the organization
Foster a learning organization and encourage team members to adapt, improve, and achieve their objectives in building and managing best-in-class marketing/demand gen programs
Oversee agency relationships for marketing campaigns, initiatives and sales support material
Provide strategic guidance, insight and knowledge about market trends, consumer attitudes, competitors and the effectiveness of the marketing strategy
Oversee the strategy of a constant stream of content marketing and thought leadership programs/materials
Responsible for planning, managing and approving all marketing concepts, media buying, and budgets
Develop and evaluate key performance metrics; provide senior leadership accurate summaries and analysis of campaigns, results and forecasts
Identify, assess, and develop, key relationships with potential partners and industry analysts/influencers which enhance the Company's positioning
• 10+ years leading marketing teams to develop multi-platform, multi-media campaigns with a track record of exceptional results
• Strong branding background. Deep understanding of their role in development, evolution and monetization of products
• Experience building marketing plans and forecasts for new products
• Resourceful creative thinker with proven experience in developing new marketing ideas and sales strategies
• Ability to consume and understand data. Turning it into insight driven decision making to drive clear results and optimization
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to successfully articulate and address complex business issues concisely
• Strong understanding of the evolving digital marketing ecosystems
• Solid experience in all demand gen channels including SEM, SEO, Email, Content Syndication, Lifecycle marketing and Webinars
• Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing-related discipline, MBA preferred
