Promotional Marketing Client Engagement- Dayton, Ohio
SUMMARY:
The Client Engagement Specialist (CES) is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met. As the Client Engagement Specialist, you must convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our products and solutions. The CES is also responsible for communicating customer requirements to other teams, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all interactions professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
• Process customer requests in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
• Attend to customer questions and concerns immediately, and facilitate complete resolution. Engage appropriate resources to ensure needs are met effectively and efficiently.
• Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
• Review Requests for Program (RFP) timely and effectively.
• Manager workflow to meet customer deadlines in a team environment.
• Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company to customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity, and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to utilize multiple Taylor Communication’s solutions to help execute a customer’s needs and requirements.
• Communicate/Transition new Client’s to designated CSR.
• Support customers through education, and effective problem solving. Involve appropriate team/company staff members as needed.
• Coordination of projects if necessary. (Implementations, RFP’s, RFQ’s, unassigned pursuits, etc.)
Minimum Requirements
• Associates degree and/or 2 years work experience
• 2 years Promotional Products experience
• Knowledge of ESP, OnePlace, Commerce, etc.
Preferred Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years work experience
• 4 years Promotional Products experience
