Provide administrative support to the rock department in addition to providing support to the field as needed.
Responsibilities
• Pull necessary airplay/sales reports for supervisors and company executives
• Answer phone lines for supervisor and any assigned staff lines
• Submit invoices to Operations department
• Submit format spends on a weekly basis to Operations
• Prepare e-blasts for music releasing to radio
• Maintain product requests
• Coordinate all travel needs for supervisors
• File business expenses for supervisors
• Organize travel for supervisors
• Organize flyaway’s for stations
• Support field staff with promotional materials
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Previous internships are a plus
• Previous administrative employment is a plus
• Microsoft Office– Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Soundscan, Internet, PRS, BDS, R&R, Expensite, Billboard, Citrix, Mediabase
• Ability to multi-task
• Proper phone etiquette
• Flexible schedule
• Positive attitude
• Team player
