Job Summary:
The Director, Advanced Product Order Management Programs will report directly to the Vice President, Advanced Products Order Management and will be responsible for driving strategic programs focused at driving continuous improvement for Carrier & Enterprise customer experience and Division/Regional and employee engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
• Effectively manages multiple large/complex programs. Strong facilitation skills that effectively leads meetings and conference calls. Summarizes meeting results, assigns actions, and follow-up to ensure completion. Prioritizes and multi-tasks.
• Builds and cultivates effective relationships and leverages these relationships utilizing influence to drive positive change through peer individuals and teams.
• Possesses executive presence, persuasive, able to express complex issues in simple terms.
• Communicates effectively in a variety of forums including presentations, conference calls, face to face meetings, email, etc.
• Leads a small team with process, system, and vendor mgmt., and reporting/presentation responsibilities that must be responsive to the needs of the operational team.
• Possesses a solid working understanding of the order management processes.
• Drives tangible & sustained improvement in operational processes.
• Experience with formal change processes (i.e. Six Sigma, ADKAR, etc.)
• Division Programs
• Build and leverage effective working relationships with key members of Division and Region Engineering, Construction, Field Operations, and Market Development communities
• Lead Quarterly Division Reviews
• Lead Monthly Carrier / Enterprise Review
• Lead Key initiatives (10 Day EOHFC)
• Identify Division/Region opportunities for performance improvements and work collaboratively with Divisions/Regions to build and implement improvement plans.
• Team Performance
• Lead Monthly KPI Reviews
• Manage Outsource Vendor Contracts
• Produce monthly, quarterly performance presentations
• Team Development
• Leadership Development
• Training Plan Implementation
• On-Boarding Tool development
• Team Communication
• Publish monthly team letter
• Facilitate quarterly All-Hands sessions
-New Product & Process Implementation
• Manage and enhance Eureka KPI Dashboards
• Coordinate New Product Introduction efforts within our team
• Coordinate Orion implementation across our team
Job Specification:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Business, Engineering
• Generally requires 10+ years related experience
