The Strategy Assessment Specialist ensures the successful completion of on-site and/or remote assessments for new and existing Enterprise Managed Services Division (EMSD) customers.

Responsibilities
• Creates and/or updates Assessment plans, processes, tools and deliverables.
• Identifies and/or recruits/assigns Assessor team resources.
• Creates and/or updates Assessor training content.
• Coordinates and/or conducts Assessor training sessions.
• Ensures timely and accurate data collection during Assessment process.
• Ensures that floor plan files are prepared/formatted properly for efficient device mapping.
• Participates in on-site Assessment activities as needed.
• Ensures that Assessment data collected (via on-site and/or remote assessment) is accurate, digitized in a timely manner and properly formatted for TCO analysis.
• Ensures that Current State device mapping is accurate, completed in a timely manner and properly formatted for TCO analysis.
• Monitors Assessment process and report status to project stakeholders.
• Identifies, tracks, and resolves issues that arise during the Assessment process.
• Collaborates with EMSD Strategy Team and Account Management Teams to ensure that Assessment processes, tools and deliverables satisfy their requirements.
• Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks by using independent thought and sound judgment.
• Maintains a working knowledge of available Canon equipment and associated functionality.
• Assists as needed with Assessment-related content development for RFP responses.
• Participates in project status huddles as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Experience in customer facing role required
• Previous assessment and/or document management industry experience preferred
• May require up to 50% travel to customer sites, including overnight stays (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary)
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, as needed, based on customer requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
