Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for administrating and maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS). This role will be responsible for ensuring proper usage of all features and modules within the ATS. This position requires an understanding of recruitment policies and processes and how recruitment processes integrate with internal systems and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains the ATS: assists with system upgrades, establishes and maintains relationships with our third-party vendors to address all system related issues and recommends solutions to meet business needs.
• Acts as the subject matter expert to: troubleshoots data issues, review discrepancies with other systems, resolves user issues and provides technical support to field operations.
• Analyzes, designs, and maintains reports and develops recommendations based on data.
• Partner with HR Technology team on all system functionalities as they pertain to Talent Acquisition; draw correlations between staff turnover rates and quality of hires.
• Assist with various HR reports, including Affirmative Action, EEO-1, FCC Public File, and other staffing reports.
• Partners with additional internal support teams to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires.
• Review all Talent Acquisition processes and make recommendations for efficiencies.
• Manage all Talent Acquisition vendors.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• 4+ years of applicant tracking system or human resources system experience
• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively
• Advanced knowledge in Excel with demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively handle multiple priorities
• Ability to research and analyze various types of data
• Must be able to take initiative and work well both independently and within a team
• Must be able to work with confidential information
