Job Description
Job Summary:

As the In-Park Services Trainer, you play a vital role in ensuring the best service and highest quality product is provided to our guests and our team members on a daily basis. In-Park Services Trainer will conduct on the Job Training within the In-Park Services Units with respect to proper food handling, cleaning procedures, cash handling and Guest Service.
Job Duties:
• Ensure classroom training on departmental policies and procedures including cash handling, safety and sanitation, up-selling techniques and applying the "Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service" Mantra in the In-Park Services department.
• Follow up with on the job training and certification process within locations to ensure proper procedures are being met
• Perform location audits, safety and sanitation audits and address any issues with location management and Training Supervisor
• Identify training needs within the Units and work with the Training Supervisors to create and implement new ideas
• Work cohesively with other departments within the park to provide departmental support upon request
• Perform duties as assigned by the Department Leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
• Training experience necessary - developing programs and facilitating large groups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to teach a group new concepts or processes
• Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
• Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must possess or be able to pass and receive ServSafe and T.I.Ps certification
• In-Park service experience beneficial, but not mandatory
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment math test
• Must be able to obtain a State Food Handler certification card.
Working Conditions:
• Work is performed primarily outdoors.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Hours vary depending on needs of the company but do include weekends, holidays, etc.
• Must be able to push, pull or lift 50 lbs with or without assistance
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
