Sales Operations Manager
Our Sales and Marketing teams are responsible for selling and promoting one of the most disruptive educational technologies in the world. Our work is meaningful; we change the lives of our students and we are on a mission to change the lives of the additional two-billion English learners on the planet that we haven’t reached yet.
The Sales Operations Manager will be passionate and data-driven. He or she is analytical with a dynamic and motivated personality and is a versatile team player.
Your work:
• Responsible for defining, analyzing and reporting key sales metrics across the company and overseeing the tools involved in producing the associated metrics
• Oversees the production and provision of routine sales reporting and analysis used by sales directors, senior management, and board directors to drive business decisions
• Managing global sales forecasts and pipeline measurement and analytics
• Managing continuous improvement program for Salesforce.com and reviewing and documenting all enhancement requests
You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor's degree or higher and evidence of academic success
• 4+ years of professional experience in sales, sales operations, or business operations, with at least 2 years of direct sales operations experience
• Salesforce.com Certified; deep experience with other sales and marketing technology platforms
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and sales objectives and their translation into tools and processes to achieve optimal productivity
• Experience in change management, and proven record of managing change through effective communication channels
• Strong quantitative skills including expertise in Excel
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High energy and positive attitude
• The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
