Job Summary:
Provides support to the Planners on the Media Strategy & Planning team.
The Media Strategy & Planning team is looking for a Planning Coordinator who will:
• Input and confirm network and multi-market radio station orders
• Maintain and implement any order revisions
• Schedule makegoods and assist in managing airtime clearance issues
• Track and trend spot airings, commercial code compliance and analyze post log reports
• Assist Planners in completing order posts and recaps
• Catalogue and email out commercials and traffic instructions to stations for scheduled orders
• Clear billing discrepancies and execute special invoice requests
• Organize, manage and update affiliate lists for various programming lineups
Skills required:
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be proficient in math and comfortable analyzing data
• Must have professional communication and phone skills
• Must work well with others and be team oriented in nature
• Four year College degree required
