Description
Fox Digital Consumer Group is looking for a Senior Director, Digital Media Planning (Performance Marketing), with a proven track record in achieving aggressive revenue targets through paid media and optimization strategies. The successful candidate will be well versed in all digital media channels, with an emphasis on paid search and programmatic/display; provide thought leadership in the use of technology & data to drive monetarization and customer growth opportunities for Fox Networks; influential amongst peers across our networks; and provide sound strategic planning recommendations.
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and optimize the digital media mix to deliver acquisition and customer value growth targets
• Build audience and campaign strategies that engineer high value growth and effective ROI
• Provide thought leadership in use of a DMP for improved monetization & targeting potential
• Manage a roster of best in class media and creative agencies, as well as technology vendors to achieve goals
• Institute a discipline of performance marketing, establishing test & optimization rigor across media & creative
• Plan and forecast acquisition and LTV targets across all digital media opportunities (paid, earned and owned)
• Lead all digital media analytics and tracking efforts, ensuring robust attribution established to justify ROI
• Identifying new channels, partners and optimization strategies to grow both the volume and quality of customers into our products
• Influence offer and proposition strategies to drive conversion and acquisition quality improvements
Qualifications
• +8 years of experience in an aggressive growth, consumer based/B2C industry. Acquisition into mobile & digital properties is strongly desired. Industries may include e-commerce, retail, finance, service, entertainment, or digital marketing agency experience. High volume, membership or subscription based business a plus
• Agency management, team leadership and responsibility of multi-million-dollar marketing budgets required
• Expert level experience in digital media planning (and strategy), having managed sizeable campaigns in paid search and programmatic/display and leveraging DMPs
• Media planning, forecasting & KPI development related to paid media is essential. Extension into offline, earned and owned media a bonus.
• Experience in brief writing (media & creative) as well as developing test methodology (A/B & Multivariate)
• Expert analytics skills, including forecast modelling, media ROI analysis, cross channel attribution and measurement methodology required

The Fox Digital Consumer Group is a strategic business unit with a customer-driven focus that is leading the consumer-driven revolution in media and entertainment. The group is strengthening and improving Fox Networks’ already successful TV Everywhere apps as well as developing, building and executing new consumer offerings that deliver fantastic Fox content in new and exciting ways.
Fox DCG is responsible for driving the development of platforms and capabilities and overseeing the ongoing enhancement and support of Fox Networks’ existing apps and TV Everywhere, including Fox Now, FX Now, Fox Sports Go and the National Geographic TV Apps, as well as the creation of new direct to consumer TV products. Additionally, they work hand-in-hand with the network marketing groups to promote awareness, adoption and usage of our TV Everywhere offerings, guide strategy and business development for new offerings, and manage key partner relationships (including the integration with Fox’s regional businesses in Europe, Asia and Latin America).
