Description
Fox Digital Consumer Group is looking for a Sr. Director, Marketing Operations to leading the successful execution of all acquisition & CRM marketing programs – managing both people and processes to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will be a proven expert in executing Omni-channel campaigns across a consumer’s lifecycle in a fast-paced and multi-faceted industry. They will have extensive experience in supporting a marketing department with data management, audience segmentation, and automation of personalized communications.
Responsibilities
• Lead the marketing operations team in deploying campaigns through 1:1 channels (push, in-app, email, in product optimization & personalization) as well as extended into digital media via a DMP
• Provide subject matter expertise on the tracking, tagging, data management and channel enablement needs of the marketing team
• Run end-to end-CRM and marketing automation operations, including managing all internal resources, external vendors and cross-functional support teams
• Ensure strict monitoring, testing and QA processes are in place across all systems and stages of campaign execution
• Lead the prioritization & planning of all marketing capabilities in partnership with product & technology teams. Translate marketing needs into meaningful requirements
Qualifications
• +10 years of experience in marketing technology or CRM for a fast-paced consumer-marketing department
• Sound knowledge in all consumer-marketing disciplines and related KPIs (acquisition, retention, Winback, engagement)
• Expert marketing automation technologist and experience managing personalization and targeting of content at scale
• Hands on experience leading Omni-channel capability implementation (push, in-app, email)
• Must understand tagging and coding requirements for tracking against a cross-channel environment
• Experience with multivariate, A/B and more complex communication testing strategies required
• Working familiarity with marketing tools such as Adobe, SalesForce, SAS, Krux, Optimizely (or similar vendors) are desired
• Highly process driven. Proven experience in setting up robust operations with clear visibility into throughput and SLA measurements

The Fox Digital Consumer Group is a strategic business unit with a customer-driven focus that is leading the consumer-driven revolution in media and entertainment. The group is strengthening and improving Fox Networks’ already successful TV Everywhere apps as well as developing, building and executing new consumer offerings that deliver fantastic Fox content in new and exciting ways.
Fox DCG is responsible for driving the development of platforms and capabilities and overseeing the ongoing enhancement and support of Fox Networks’ existing apps and TV Everywhere, including Fox Now, FX Now, Fox Sports Go and the National Geographic TV Apps, as well as the creation of new direct to consumer TV products. Additionally, they work hand-in-hand with the network marketing groups to promote awareness, adoption and usage of our TV Everywhere offerings, guide strategy and business development for new offerings, and manage key partner relationships (including the integration with Fox’s regional businesses in Europe, Asia and Latin America).
