The Manager of Strategy, Planning, and Analysis will manage and facilitate the continuous improvement of our Global Real Estate and Workplace Services solutions. You will have a proven ability to design and deliver industry leading, innovative, and value-driven solutions that support our growth-driven strategies, and understand that the work environment is critical in attracting new and retaining existing talent and leaders.
It is anticipated that approximately 20% of the Manager’s time will involve travel.
Requirements
• Develop strategic and master plans, supporting business cases and presentations to improve real estate solutions and to guide the development of clear and actionable plans for the portfolio.
• Manage and facilitate the continuous improvement for Global Real Estate and Workplace Services (e.g. model, standards, processes, and programs).
• Analyze data and generate insights to improve decision making and opportunities to improve cost effectiveness and performance (i.e., portfolio analysis, industry trend analysis, site selection analysis, excess space and occupancy planning, cost-benefit analysis, vendor analysis, cost effectiveness, employee satisfaction, etc.).
• Develop and implement methods to measure effectiveness of all implemented programs.
• Create and maintain real estate dashboard including KPIs and benchmarks for the portfolio (i.e., real estate costs, utilization, effectiveness of work environment, SLA adherence, budget adherence, staff utilization, etc.).
• Manage strategic, master planning, budgets and special projects within Global Real Estate and Workplace Services.
• It is anticipated that approximately 25% of the Manager’s time will involve travel.
Experience and skills
• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience with business, analysis, budgeting, strategic planning, and/or consulting.
• Experience in Real Estate and Workplace Services is preferred.
• Highly developed analysis, modelling, reporting, and data management skills.
• Understands real estate finance and its impact on the balance sheet and income statement
• Demonstrated success and experience with practical application of process improvement / lean practices in the workplace.
• Highly-driven, resourceful and flexible team player who can execute tasks independently through to completion and who excels at building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors
• Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
