Management Supervisor
The Management Supervisor directs and executes program activity for Jeep, Ram and Ram Commercial brands. This position functions as the single point-of-contact between MXM and the client program manager.
The Management Supervisor partners with the Group Account Director in the development and implementation of the CRM strategic plan. Internal and external customer service is a key focus of this position. This position will be the conduit for continuous communication between creative, production, database and analytic teams at MXM and client stakeholders.
The Management Supervisor will be primarily responsible for overseeing and executing MXM’s direct marketing (CRM- Digital and Print) assignment for FIAT Chrysler Automobiles LLC (FCA). The Management Supervisor will also be responsible for program implementation on a day-to-day basis ensuring high quality implementation and execution by MXM that meet or exceed client objectives. On a strategic level this individual will support the Group Account Director, by reviewing results and analysis and help to suggest and implement changes to program’s components to increase the effectiveness and improve results. The Management Supervisor will also be tasked for strategy development for individual campaigns which he or she will be responsible for.
The position is involved in helping to retain and grow business on the FCA Account. The Management Supervisor will work closely with the Group Account Director to ensure all aspects of client’s marketing objectives are being met.
-Strategy Development - Work with the Group Account Director to develop and continually evolve FCA’s CRM strategy to ensure objectives and cost effective benefits are achieved for the client. Develop and implement innovative test plans and research to facilitate continuous improvement and effectiveness of the CRM solution, using the latest technology.
-Execution of Direct Marketing Programs - Execute and manage various programs associated with FCA’s CRM strategy. Serve as the primary CRM and Brand client contact for marketing initiatives. Manage projects and coordinate/direct appropriate internal and external resources to deliver all aspects of the marketing program. Assume account management responsibility including day-to-day contact, answering questions and communicating information between FCA, other Meredith departments/partners as well as other FCA agencies (Brand agency, interactive agency, social media agency, etc). Manage all client interactions and meetings with MXM.
-Retention, Growth and Profitability - Build strong relationships with client contacts to maintain account satisfaction and retention. Identify and help sell ideas for expansion of existing or new initiatives that result in growth of revenue on the FCA account.
-Management/Recruiting/Training –Set objectives, supervise the daily work, manage long-term deliverables, and appraise performance of Supervisor, Senior Account Executive and Account Executive. Coordinate and participate in the hiring and training of internal/external resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
6 to eight years related work experience. Past supervisory experience is preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Previous Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) experience required.
Digital and Advertising/Brand experience a plus.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
Must have the ability to manage and direct resources (MXM and others) to aid client in achieving its marketing objectives, while managing a budget and timeline.
Must have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
Must be able to work effectively and confidently across departments and at all management levels (internally and externally.) Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
