Battle.net is seeking a talented, passionate, and skilled Program Manager to help partners integrate with the Battle.net platform. This position will own executing key partnership and programs internal to Battle.net. You will interact with B2B customers, technical leaders, international stakeholders, and our game teams to launch features that enable new business opportunities and support key strategic partnerships.

Our ideal candidate has comprehensive knowledge of concepts, principles, practices, and procedures in a professional software development environment and background as a technology generalist with an understanding of navigating customer concerns and technical problems.
Responsibilities
• Own and drive internal and external partner relationships with key stakeholders.
• Live in the solution space and drive towards bringing together multiple disparate views into a unified technological vision
• Act in a consultative fashion to influence without authority, and drive features to improve integration speed and reduce overall engineering efforts for integrating with the Battle.net platform
• Provide motivation and direction to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved
• Document and organize business, functional, technical, and creative requirements for new features
• Develop schedules and own execution of plans. Anticipate issues, roadblocks and make tradeoffs to deliver a quality product
• Become a deep, functional expert in building a world class gaming service
Requirements
• 3-5+ years’ experience as a Program/Product Manager, or similar working on widely used customer-facing products or web applications
• Experience simultaneously running multiple projects through the full software development life-cycle
• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for collaboration
• Demonstrated success in delivering large projects across multiple organizations Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
• Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative; enthusiastic "can-do" attitude is a must.
• Some travel required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related studies is highly preferred
Pluses
• Experience launching large scale programs with cross-cutting business concerns (Legal/Marketing/Technology/Etc)
• Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, or comparable team collaboration applications
• Scrum Alliance Certifications (CSM, CSPO, CSP, etc.) or PMI Certifications (PMP, ACP, etc.)
• Demonstrated passion for games
