Manager, Debt Compliance/Analytics

Role Summary
The Manager, Debt Compliance/Treasury Analytics will support finance leadership in the analysis and management of its corporate debt and related debt compliance functions. The position will also perform critical analytics related to the company’s cash and investment strategies, contributing the organization’s cash flow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for creation of a debt administration process and associated treasury policies / procedures
• Ensures compliance and good standing with financial institutions by providing financial statements and analysis to satisfy required ratios and debt covenants.
• Coordinate and work with FP&A to forecast debt and debt covenants
• Assists cash management personnel as required to support overall cash forecasting for the Company
• Responsible for analyzing, creating and maintaining the company wide debt, compliance & analytics processes for treasury focusing on creation of metrics that are insightful the debt and investment performance of the organization
• Maintain a consolidated sources and uses cash flow model
• Maintain Guarantees/Letters of Credit
• Any Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications/Experience
• Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in finance or business preferred
• Experience in a global treasury function
• Minimum 8 years of Finance experience including 3 years experience in an analytical role such as Treasury, FP&A or Operational Finance; advance degree may count towards minimum experience
• Prior experience in a debt compliance and analytics position is preferred
• Highly organized with demonstrated ability to meet commitments within strict deadlines
• Strong communication and team-working skills
• Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required
• Experience working in global business

• This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
