Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Technology and Analytics -- Education, this entry-level position is responsible for supporting a team that manages the marketing technology and operations functions, and provides marketing data and analytics support within the larger Nursing and Health Professions education marketing organization.
In addition, this position is responsible for working closely with colleagues in marketing communications, creative services and product marketing teams on campaign execution and other projects.
Your responsibilities
As a member of the Marketing Technology and Analytics team, this position will:
• Compile and format data for a monthly marketing dashboard
• Schedule and deploy email marketing campaigns
• Generate, maintain, and report on marketing tracking links
• Manage email calendar to ensure no segment overlap
• Manage video hosting platform
• Pull and report on weekly performance for emails
• Assist with various ad hoc reporting needs
• Work with a range of internal stakeholders to ensure cooperation and collaboration on assigned projects
• Other duties as assigned
What you should bring
Education & Experience required:
• B.A. or B.S. in business, marketing or related degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel 5-10%

• Strong, positive attitude and work ethic
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Bonus skills:
• Experience working in a Marketing Automation tool (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc)
• Experience working in Salesforce.com CRM
• HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
