SUMMARY
Hulu is looking for a Content Business Operations Coordinator who will be an exceptional addition to our Experience team. As the CBO Coordinator for the team you will support our VP, Content Partnerships, and several CBO Directors. The right person for this role is a detail-oriented individual who is capable of achieving amazing results in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment. If you are someone who has strong organization skills, exercises high judgment, has strong communication skills, while anticipating needs and maintaining a positive attitude (and a sense of humor), then this is a great role for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage very busy calendars, make travel arrangements, process expense reports, and track action items
• Develop relationships with internal team members and external partners
• Schedule, coordinative, and run the logistics for department internal and external meetings and outings
• Coordinate events for team members, offsite meetings, client events, and general morale
• Administer and manage partner gifting and the team budget for planned expenses through creation and execution of POs in partnership with the finance team
• Partner with the other administrative assistants in the department to load balance projects and help out as needed
• Be a positive influence and go-to person for the team, always being one step ahead
• Performance data gathering and analysis and other projects as needed
• Assist and manage special projects as needed
WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of media industry experience supporting a senior-level manager
• Experience with managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, professional meetings/events
• Ability to multi-task and anticipate needs and prioritize accordingly
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail
• Technical proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and being graceful under pressure
• Project and vendor management skills with the ability to source vendors (e.g. - caterers), gather bids, evaluate options and manage to high service levels
• A confident, positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, nothing is too large or too small
• A sense of humor
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Knowledge of the digital/television industry
• Experience with corporate purchasing (Workday Purchasing experience is a plus)
• Understanding of data collection and analysis
