As our Director of Total Rewards, you contribute to the promise we make to our employees – that they can reach their fullest human potential. You will provide your subject matter expertise in Compensation and Benefits to develop our newly created Global Total Rewards function and deliver solutions that will attract, retain and motivate top talent.
In this high impact role, you will work closely with senior business leaders, globally, on all critical compensation and benefits initiatives.
You will be encouraged to look at things with a fresh perspective as you tackle new initiatives like personalization and mobile capabilities.

What we need you to do:
Be the company expert on global compensation and benefits strategy.
Design and manage the strategic direction of the newly created Total Rewards function ensuring it supports Bose’s values, priorities, and changing business needs.
Create and manage a competitive global compensation and benefits infrastructure to attract, retain, and motivate employees worldwide.
Provide thought leadership to the Compensation Committee, Benefits Committee and Board of Directors.
Direct the management of Bose’s benefits plans globally, including reporting and analysis, design, cost management, administration, customer service, communication and vendor management.
Execute compensation management processes and implement fiscally sound base pay salary structures, variable pay plans and other employee recognition opportunities that will support Bose’s compensation philosophy.
Stay current on legislation, trends, marketplace changes, and advances and make recommendations to ensure competitiveness and compliance in all relevant markets
Manage global mobility programs including policy development and program administration.
Work with and manage external consultants as needed.
Play a critical role on the larger HR Leadership team.
You have done it before:
You have a broad global perspective and extensive knowledge in the design and implementation of best in class compensation and benefits programs within a global organization
You are adaptable, strategic and capable of solving complex business issues.
You have 15+ years broad-based and progressive experience designing, developing, and managing global compensation and benefits programs using state-of-the-art knowledge of current best practices.
You have experience managing, engaging, and develop a professional team in a global organization.
You have held leadership roles working with a Compensation Committee on BOD and Executive Compensation.
You communicate effectively and can present complex materials in a clear and concise manner, using data to tell your story.
You can relate to business leaders around the world.
You have the employee and candidate experience front and center as your mindset.
You have solid business and external market trend acumen.
You are creative and have awesome influence and presence.
You know how to pull people together from across HR and the business to drive results with speed.
You have a demonstrated ability of achieving goals drawing upon your excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
You are highly regarded for your extensive planning, organization, delegation and decision-making abilities.
You have an uncompromising character and set of values.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required, a Master’s Degree in related field or MBA preferred.
