Position Overview
Are you looking to help drive Autodesk’s transition to a cloud-based subscription company? Do you have a passionate focus on the customer and their experience? Then we’re looking for you to be our next Business Models Program Manager. Autodesk’s Business Models Program Management team leads key initiatives at the core of Autodesk’s transformation from a traditional software business to a Subscription and SaaS business.
The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible and highly organized, can quickly identify customer and business needs and issues, and is comfortable deriving meaning and relevance from data and perspectives. In this role, you will interface with numerous internal groups, at all levels of management and must be able to quickly form productive working relationships with others of varying technical, skill level, and business backgrounds and to lead, influence and drive critical programs to fruition.
Responsibilities
• Partner, collaborate and facilitate cross functional alignment across key stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Development/technical, Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive execution of key initiatives, policy, process or experience changes or other programs
• Develop accurate project plans across multiple functional areas and drive execution
• Facilitate creation and prioritization of business requirements in conjunction with key stakeholders while bringing an overall understanding of systems, processes, and judgment to cross-organizational factors
• Provide business stewardship for systems deployments, including coordinating User Acceptance Testing, training development, and rollout planning
• Partner with other team members to refine and optimize a repeatable program management process and culture

Minimum Qualifications
• 5-7 years of program or product management or management consulting experience; project management certification is a plus
• Understand the software industry and the key challenges it’s facing
• Strong leader who can confidently communicate your ideas upward
• Must be a flexible and creative individual capable of leading and managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced, often ambiguous and diverse environment
• Must be able to achieve results in a culture that favors collaborative decision making
• Strong organizational and change management skills
• Proactive problem solving and self-starting individual
• Unafraid to try new things or challenge the status quo
• Exceptional listening, communication and negotiation skills
• Desire to work hard, produce results and have fun doing it
