Client Success Manager - Programmatic

We're looking for a Programmatic Client Success Manager for our Chicago office. In this role, you will successfully onboard new accounts and grow sales revenue within existing programmatic partners and customer accounts. The Programmatic Client Success Manager is responsible for increasing client adoption of Integral Ad Science technology, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that client campaigns meet goals and objectives. The primary focus of this role is to grow long-term client revenues in support of the overall success of the company.
What you'll do:
• Act as lead point of contact to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our programmatic pre-bid solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Liaise between agency trading desks, DSP Managed Service teams and programmatic buying teams to raise awareness of IAS, diffuse innovation, and troubleshoot issues
• Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to maximize usage of programmatic products, increase revenue, and secure adoption
• Work with and understand how IAS data is being activated, leveraged, and understood within DSPs and by agency desks to inform best practices
• Liaise effectively with various internal IAS teams to ensure agency programmatic functions are satisfied in the areas of process, communication, product, and service
• Influence IAS programmatic product road map to ensure advancements meet client needs
• Identify risk opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to build solutions
• Ensure contract SLA’s are being met or exceeded by all involved parties within IAS
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
What you'll need:
• 4+ years’ experience in a client-facing role; Programmatic, DSP, SSP, or programmatic agency experience a plus
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and solving problems
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and advise clients as to how to improve media quality performance
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated success in addressing client problems creatively as well as to proactively find solutions to problems of which clients are unaware
• A proven track record of forward and innovative thinking for driving business results
• An understanding of how campaign performance is measured
