POSITION SUMMARY
The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Staff Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting independent protective and constructive audits for the Company. This position reviews the effectiveness of controls, financial records, and operations and is responsible for reporting findings to appropriate parties.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Examines records of the Company to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws.
2. Inspects accounting systems to determine their effectiveness and protective value.
3. Analyzes data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, fraud, or lack of compliance with management’s established policies or procedures.
4. Prepares reports of findings and recommendations.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.
Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive office.
Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Performs duties in a well-ventilated, well-lighted, and temperature-controlled office environment.
Periodically works nights or weekends to perform assigned duties.
Frequent and regualar travel between propertires by car or plane.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A four-year college degree in Accounting or a related business degree preferred.
Internal audit, Accounting, and/or gaming experience preferred.
CPA and/or CIA preferred.
