We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with experience in fast-paced, ever-changing delivery/operations environments to assist our clients in administering exams as well as ensuring exam quality. Job description:
• You will be delivering exams for nursing and allied health higher education classrooms, performing quality control processes on new exam editions and defaults, and processing transcript requests.
• You will be supporting the Delivery Operations Team’s mission in simplifying the exam process for our client universities.
• Use your excellent communication skills to collaborate efficiently and effectively across internal departments and various areas of the business, both written and verbal.
• Identifying areas of improvement, you will help the team streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
Your responsibilities
Product Delivery
• Review, authenticate, and create exam deliveries and sessions daily according to established guidelines.
• Escalate discrepancies to appropriate internal staff for review and clarification.
• Update and maintain HESI customer cohort updates for all associated exams.
• Notify billing team when all a la carte orders have been fulfilled/processed.
• Track and maintain electronic documentation and paper records related to exam delivery. Maintain all required files according company regulations.
Quality Control
• Conduct a detailed analytical review of exam questions and associated reporting. Document and report any deficiencies in expected design, functionality, grammar, semantics, or spacing.
• Handle secure and sensitive information with complete discretion.
Data Entry
• Process, track, and maintain electronic documentation and paper records related to package orders.
Transcripts
• Monitor Transcript Email box. Process transcript requests by collecting all necessary documentation and confirming receipt of payment. Submit transcripts to institution per standard operational procedures.
Operational Support
• Perform general operational support duties following established procedures. Support may be in, but not limited to, the areas of Quality Control, Distance Testing, Transcripts, Live Review or Order Entry.
What you should bring
• A HS diploma, or GE AND/OR a 2-4 year degree or sufficient past professional experience
• Minimum of 2- 3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in HESI order management and data entry is a must.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, & Outlook).
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous as well as well-organized.
• Ability to work in a high pressure dynamic environment and be able to multitask.
• Strong soft skills, flexibility, ability to learn, and adapt to change.
• Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to exercise judgement and solve problems in a timely manner.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
