Description
Established artist studio is seeking an experienced and motivated bookkeeper with HR functions for a full-time position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Processing weekly payroll for two separate companies through a third party payroll provider.
HR tasks such as health insurance, commuting benefits, WC, DI.
Maintaining employee records up to date and organized.
Accounts payable, journal entries.
Organizing expenses for company credit cards.
Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards.
Filing.
Additional skills:
Proficiency in Quickbooks and excel is a must, minimum 3 years experience in HR/bookkeeping.
Good understanding of Debits/Credits.
Compensation:
Depending on experience, plus benefits.
