Description
Oversee and manage Twentieth TV research requests for all first-run syndicated series from Sales, Marketing, Programming, Publicity, Finance and Senior Management.
Responsibilities
• Primary contact for all first-run research requests.
• Produce, design and write sales presentations and/or one-sheets catered to the individual needs and specifications of each program, market, and/or salesperson.
• Prepare executive analyses, recaps, ratings tracks, and program briefs based on Nielsen ratings for Twentieth TV properties.
• Work with Publicity to generate ratings stories for all first-run product.
• Continuously monitor and track all first-run series, including test shows.
• Respond to various ad hoc research requests and/or comprehensive research projects.
Qualifications
• College graduate. 5+ years television research experience preferred on the local and national level.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Wrap Overnights and Sweeps, as well as various Nielsen ratings systems like NNTV, NLTV and NPower.
• Experience with MRI, ePoll, Catalina/NBI a plus.
• Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
• Organized, works well under tight deadlines, and has the flexibility to easily adapt to altering priorities. Works well in a team environment, yet independently reliable.
