Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing, The Beauty Collection
The Conde Nast Beauty Collection is seeking an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing to develop integrated programs across a group of product categories including beauty, fashion, retail, jewelry/watch, auto and more. The Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing will work on our collection brands including Glamour, Allure, Brides, Iris (formally The Scene), Lenny Letter and Goop in an individual and dual-sell capacity. Two to four years of relevant proposal writing and project management experience required.
Responsibilities Include
• Work with Executive Director, Brand Marketing and sales to develop cross-platform programs and added-value opportunities
• Proficiency with day-to-day RFP process in a media-type environment; comfortable working across and seamlessly with multiple departments as well as independently, whether on a single or dual-brand project
• Position requires a creative thinker who can assess advertisers' needs and create custom, unique programs that meet clients' objectives, including contributing ideas in group brainstorms and client meetings
• Write presentations and added value proposals in the brands' voice that meet client KPIs and communicate brand relevance while staying within budget
• Track activated program elements and create comprehensive recap decks for agencies/clients
• Manage added-value program execution within budget, including but not limited to: branded content, social, sweepstakes, sampling, digital programs, custom activations, events, etc.
• Close attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Creative strategizing ability as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
