Description:
Actively Generating Digital Advertising Revenue
• Work with the entire advertising sales department to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals.
• Brainstorm with Account Executives on categories to prospect, customize advertising campaigns, attend client meetings in person or over the phone with Account Executives
• Opportunity to prospect and foster adverting relationships with Bay Area companies directly
Impeccable Customer Service
• Provide outstanding and thoughtful customer service both externally (to our clients, potential clients, and vendors) and internally (Entercom Account Executives & Sales Managers).
• Approach each situation in a proactive nature.
• Cultivate solid customer relationships and act as a point person for standard client questions. Follow through and strong communication skills are vital.

Manage Digital Campaigns
• Pre-Sale: Gathering sales materials, pulling inventory/avails, creating compelling and competitive media plans, graphic design experience is preferred, and (when needed) the ability to hop on client calls.
• Proactive Campaign Management & Daily Campaign Optimization: Processing orders, booking inventory in DFP, monitoring 3rd party delivery, recommending real-time optimizations to ensure superb performance and delivery, and managing day-to-day issues. Ability to troubleshoot & solve problems in a timely fashion. Execute campaigns from start to finish.
• Post-Sale: Billing & reconciliations, creating comprehensive recaps of campaigns, making recommendations for future campaigns, providing further data and information to the client/agency. Attention to detail is imperative.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with work or internship experience in digital advertising or a related field; Experience utilizing online tools (i.e. comScore, Operative, Triton, DFP, Media Monitors, @Plan) is a plus; Software: Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables), PowerPoint, PhotoShop/Illustrator, Google docs, DART for Publishers.
