We’re seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Client Success Manager to join our growing Client Success Team. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing accounts based in Latin American countries. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English with a preference of speaking Portuguese (Trilingual).
The primary focus of the Client Success Manager role is to develop engagement strategies and strategic account plans to align client objectives with IAS products and offerings. Client Success Managers will provide exceptional service, oversee the successful delivery of our solutions, and ensure all client campaigns meet their goals and objectives.
Our experienced Client Success Team prides itself in assisting advertisers and agencies alike in making informed decisions on their Digital Media planning and spending. To succeed in this role, you will need to forge strong client connections by establishing productive and trusted relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organizations.
What you’ll do:
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Have a deep understanding of client business objectives, goals, and KPIs to provide ongoing best practices and suggestions for media improvement
• Act as trusted advisor and actively manage the client relationship and their lifetime value across assigned portfolio
• Identify and grow opportunities within existing business and collaborate with Sales Teams to ensure revenue growth attainment
• Present and coordinate ongoing educational programs on IAS products and cutting edge topics in advertising and technology
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with reporting, tagging or other critical and urgent support requests as needed by your account
• Create and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with Director and VP level client and agency talent
• Collaborate with other account support staff to establish mutually beneficial processes that achieve client goals and increase customer satisfaction
• Deliver tasks highlighted within account plans to deepen the relationship with accounts, drive value incremental to the technology alone, and increase the likelihood of contract renewals
• Identify at-risk opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to build solutions
What you’ll need:
• 4+ years’ experience in a client-facing role in digital advertising on the buy or sell side
• Significant ad tech, agency or brand experience within the LATAM market
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects, solving problems, and driving business results
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and advise clients as to how to improve media quality performance
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
