Job Title
Email Marketing Coordinator
The Email Marketing Coordinator facilitates all communication between the Account, email and QA teams. They will troubleshoot and resolve issues at every stage of the process. This role collaborates with all teams to provide ultimate client and customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions
50%
Responsible for ensuring an effective relationship between the Account teams and Digital (EM) team. This includes fostering good communication between both teams, helping both teams understand the challenges and requirements of the other teams and ensuring that both groups follow proper process and escalation protocols.
25%
Responsible for working with all teams to create timelines. Work with email team to determine resource assignment. Updating status reports accordingly
10%
Deployment secondary & Back up support when needed
10%
Collaborates with the team on overall process improvement suggestions
5%
Lead Weekly status calls between email / QA / Account
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements|All must be met to be considered
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years previous traffic/project management experience preferred. Related internships accepted in lieu of work.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Team oriented with a service mindset
Experienced user of Microsoft Office-- PowerPoint, Excel, Word
An understanding of digital marketing concepts (email, web, CRM etc.)
