Program Manager, Subscription Offering Management

Responsibilities
• Define and manage portfolio of subscription offering changes to drive Autodesk’s subscription transformation
• Champion the customer experience always, ensuring that subscription offering changes improve and add value to Autodesk subscribers
• Ensure that all offering changes are implemented successfully, from development of policies, processes and systems, to deployment, go-to-market, and post-production support plans
◦ Work closely with product managers, business model design teams, and engineering teams to create plans for implementing subscription program changes
◦ Work with operational teams to forge agreements on policies and processes necessary to ensure programs are defined, resourced and run effectively
◦ Organize effective core teams and build necessary collaborations with business stakeholders, operations and implementation teams
◦ Successfully manage and communicate project expectations, clarifying roles and responsibilities when needed
◦ Take initiative to bridge gaps in implementing solutions, enforcing accountability and responsibility with business owners where necessary
◦ Work effectively with geo-dispersed organizations, and ensure a strong, team-oriented working relationship
• Interface with various functional groups, project teams, vendors, managed service providers and other stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to subscription program success.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years’ work experience in program management and/or strategy consulting roles
• Excellent program management and organizational skills; including proven track record of managing multiple, complex projects
• Ability and comfort interfacing with senior levels of management, employees at all levels and customers internal and external to Autodesk
• Demonstrated efficacy in using insightful judgment, managing conflict, fostering open communication, and building collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to tackle difficult issues and handle strong personalities. Must excel at decision making, conflict management
• Outstanding, proactive communication skills – written, verbal and more
• Highly motivated, self-directed team player
