Description:
• Assist in the development, implementation and execution of the stations’ NTR/Integrated Marketing programs and events on all FM Stations.
• Act as the liaison in fielding inbound requests from Corporate and National. Including, but not limited to, submitting presentations and reporting.
• Weekly sales tracking of NTR/Integrated Marketing Programs for all FM Stations.
• Design and create Power Point presentations for FM events and programs.
• Assist in working with all Account Executives to maintain the Integrated Marketing process
◦ Including; idea generation, program development, implementation and fulfillment.
• Prepare research material supporting events.
• Attend events as needed for program fulfillment. (Will include nights and weekends)
• Coordinate communication and workflow between the sales, programming, promotions and digital departments to ensure all deliverables are provided to the clients according to the program/event timelines.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree required
• Two to three years experience in media or sales/event logistics/management/activation.
• Available for weekend, evening and early morning work
• Must be physically capable of long hours, extended exposure to the outdoors, and able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Knowledge of Power Point and Photo Shop.
• Creative and journalistic writing skills a plus.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail are critical.
• The successful applicant will have to become familiar with all aspects of station programming and operations in order to respond knowledgeably to inquiries and work successfully with other departments.
