Description:
Entercom Communications Corp is looking for a skilled Coordinator to provide administrative support to the President, EVP and (2) VPs of Corporate Programming in New York City.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and organizational management tasks around programming, content and creative with a large portfolio of radio stations and digital content platforms.
• Help implement consumer marketing and advertising campaigns in select markets to drive ratings.
• Coordinate planning, tracking, contracts, art / creative proofing, and execution & trafficking of various media (OOH and digital, figures prominently).
• Create, modify and maintain spreadsheets, databases - and prepare variety of reports.
• Ensure billing procedures run smoothly.
• Develop national resources for creative marketing, content and programming.
• Audit recorded promo for live events/contesting/partnerships across our assets.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors, agencies, talent representatives, etc.
• Liaise with local programming, operational and engineering teams to set-up interviews
• Assist with logistics of music meetings/live events – venue rental/catering/artist travel/lodging.arrange studio time and assist with various production needs.
• Create / assist with proposals and pitch decks around national content initiatives and sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proven experience as a media (programming, marketing or promotional) assistant or other administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and next-level multitasking
• Solution-based thinking and problem solving
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Intense attention to detail and ability to beat deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability as the role will evolve based on programming and content needs
• Sense of humor: essential
