Position Overview
This is an exciting role that supports not only the local office but all US and Canada. The role will cover all aspects of training operations and requires partnering with key stakeholders to assess and implement Learning & Development initiatives to support organizational strategies. You will be required to contribute to global project initiatives through the creation and implementation of new tools and resources.
This position reports to the Learning Services Manager.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing all aspects of activities involved in the scheduling, promotion and execution of training and development programs for managers and employees within the geographical scope of the position.
• Work with internal consultants/ external vendors to plan and coordinate logistics for training events.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to complete the contracting process with vendors.
• Be accountable for the reporting and execution of the financial processes
• Update and maintain Learning & Development tools to promote and manage classes and learners.
• Facilitate or provide facilitation support for in-house training classes of both live and online medium.
• Participate in and manage global Learning & Development projects, programs, and policies in line with divisional objectives
Preferred Qualifications
• 2-3 years of training operation/project management experience preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Previously worked with multiple vendors
• High numerical acumen
• High level of integrity
• Great attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
