Summary

We are not a traditional IT organization, we build engineering platforms that integrate with our customer-facing products. Yelp is seeking a CRM Solution Architect to join Sales & Marketing Infrastructure team to help level up our Sales & Marketing solutions and join a fun team where you will continue to develop your skills while helping ensure that Yelp has an effective and scalable platform for our business-critical departments.

What You Will Do:
• Work with the SMI team to help understand requirements, evaluate new features and architecture and help drive decisions.
• Build collaborative partnerships with business systems analysts, software engineers and key stakeholders within other functional organizations.
• Own and manage technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
• Be a visionary partnering with our Engineering teams to recommend Platform improvements & work proactively to remove technical debt.
• Lead the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
• Actively participate in solution/configuration reviews of own configuration and that of peers. Create POCs. Test solutions and ensure it meets specifications. Present and validate solution.
• Effectively deliver presentations to key customers and senior management.
• Assess new tools and software, perform POCs, and offer recommendations to improve our enterprise landscape.
We Are Looking For:
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• At least 8 years of experience in global software development and deployment.
• Significant experience with SFDC and partner ecosystem.
• Must be Salesforce Certified App Developer or Salesforce Certified Architect.
• Experience working with large scale enterprise organization with Front/Back Office.
• Application monitoring tools, log analytical tools, security tools (SFDC Event Monitoring, GitHub, Jenkins)
