Summary: As a Talent Design Program Specialist, you will support the Talent Design team’s research, design, and delivery of Talent Programs globally.
Role Duties
• Program design and delivery will include cyclical programs such as performance management, employee engagement surveys + program design, and talent planning programs, as well as new program designs to improve the experience of employees, the team management of leaders and the overall talent strategy for Airbnb. New programs include career development and diversity + belonging practices in talent programs.
• Using a design thinking, data-driven tool set, this role supports both the entire Talent Design team in all stages of program design, development, and delivery, as well as coordination across other teams in Talent, such as Talent Partners, Planning and Execution Managers, Total Rewards, and Learning.
• Balancing creative thinking, research methods, and strong project management skills, you will play an essential part in the full life cycle of talent programs specifically designed for employees at Airbnb.
• Planning and execution of Talent Design programs include managing the calendar of regular and new initiatives, as well as team coordination and complex meeting scheduling for Talent Design team, as well as calendar support for the Team Design Director’s calendar.

• You work with your immediate teammates and manager.
• You may also be working with cross- functional partners, within EX or functional managers who partner with Talent when localizing or customizing talent programs for their functions.
Experience
• You have 8+ years' experience, or 4 years plus relevant education that provides similar experience.
• You bring creative thinking, analytical skills, and strong decision-making skills to your work.
• You are a strong manager of relationships across different populations, supported by strong communication skills both 1:1 and in writing.
• MBA or Masters degree in related field a plus.
• Design thinking experience a plus.
