Job Summary:
The CCOA Marketing Assistant will support the Director, Marketing for the Southern California region and manage the day-to-day duties associated with Post-Campaign Reporting, Production Order Processing, and Marketing Research. They will also collaborate and interface daily with Marketing Team members, which include: Graphic Designer, Art Director, and Field Photographers in effort of ensuring marketing projects are completed accurately and timely.
Job Responsibilities
• Timely processing of Post-Campaign reports
• Analyze Post-Campaign reports and quickly troubleshoot to ensure timely processing is achieved
• Collect, review, and process Production Orders from Sales Teams
• Analyze Production Orders and quickly troubleshoot to ensure timely processing is achieved
• Interact and communicate with third-party printing vendors in effort of processing timely Production Orders
• Demonstrate proactive and timely communication and collaboration to problem-solve with Sales, Charting, Creative, and Marketing Team members, as appropriate
• Research market insights in support of advertising campaigns, including Kantar DirectHEAT reporting
• Other duties as assigned or requested.

• Able to think things through and develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiency. Able to complete required math calculations (e.g, multiply, divide, rate, ratio, percent, produce / interpret bar graphs).
• Proficiency with MS Office Tools including Calendaring Meetings, Word and PowerPoint; emphasis on advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, which includes Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Passion for advertising, marketing, and high quality outdoor photography content
Preferred Qualifications
• Mastery in MS Excel Macros and Pivot Tables
• Mastery in advertising research tools such as Kantar

Education
• Bachelors’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent field.
Work Experience
• 3-5 years of Marketing and/or Advertising experience. Media experience preferred.
