Responsibilities
• Positioning and messaging. You are the chief storyteller for the enablement programs and experiences that you create. Your stories hone in on the industry challenges your customers face, and how Autodesk solutions offer unique business value to their problems. This then becomes the basis for your programs.
• Enablement program design and creation. You, with the partnership of a passionate extended team, will be responsible for the creation and execution of various AEC focused programs that include communication, learning assets and courses, activities, and reinforcement. They should include a blended approach that ultimately immerses your audience in the customers’ world so they can better understand, communicate, coach, and connect with them through the sales process. The ultimate goal is to help your audience be successful selling the Autodesk solutions and driving unique business value to Autodesk customers.
• Business analysis and industry research. You strive to understand your customers and what makes them tick, including their attitudes, motivations, and preferences. You also stay on top of the AEC industry and the competitive landscape your solutions play in as well as sales enablement industry trends. That intelligence helps to inform your planning initiatives, storytelling angles, and guides your overall program strategy.
• Internal Evangelism. You are the chief internal evangelist not only for your programs, but also to make sure that the larger narrative of impact of the programs and organization is understood and how it can help the extended teams to better coach and mentor their staff towards the desired behavior change that your programs lead to.

Your goal is to create enablement programs so exciting that keeping your audience engaged and coming back is an afterthought.
